2) What data is processed?

When using the outfit decision assist, the following data may be processed:

• Outfit photos (uploaded for analysis), only temporarily for evaluation
• Occasion selected (e.g. work, everyday, date, event)
• Analysis results and decision guidance
• Usage data (e.g. visits to the website, cookie consent)
• When purchasing credits: order data (e.g. order ID, package, status); the actual payment is processed by the payment service provider – we do not store card or bank details.

3) Purposes and legal basis

Processing purposes and legal basis (Art. 6 GDPR): provision of outfit analysis (contract performance); usage analysis of the landing page only with your consent (optional Matomo); technical processing via API and possibly external AI service (processor); payment processing for credit purchases via the payment service provider Mollie (contract performance, processing by processor).

4) Landing page, cookies and consent

On the landing page we use a cookie banner to manage your consent. Your choice ("Necessary only" or "Accept all") is stored locally in your browser under the key outfitr_cookie_consent_v1. This storage is solely for proof and settings.

Optional analytics (Matomo, stats.m8lab.de) are only loaded on the basis of your consent ("Accept all").

5) Storage location and recipients

Processing is carried out via our API (outfitr.m8lab.de). For image analysis we use an external AI service (e.g. OpenAI) as a processor; this may involve transfer to third countries (e.g. USA).

When you purchase credits, payment is processed by the payment service provider Mollie (Mollie B.V., Amsterdam). Payment is completed on Mollie's pages; we do not receive or store card or bank details, only payment status and order information for contract performance. Mollie's privacy policy applies to the payment process: mollie.com/legal/privacy

6) Retention and deletion

Outfit photos are only processed temporarily for analysis. Analysis results may be stored to improve the product. You can request access, correction and deletion (see contact).
